HR Coordinator – Time & Attendance
Location: Blakely PA (Onsite)
Compensation: $65K + 10% Performance Based Bonus
Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a dynamic role where you can make an immediate impact? We are seeking a hands-on HR Coordinator to support a fast-paced and diverse environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone detail-oriented and people-focused, with expertise in time and attendance, FMLA administration, and payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage time and attendance systems for a workforce of 600+ employees.
- Administer high-volume FMLA and disability cases.
- Process payroll and compensation changes, including bonuses.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies and issues.
- Utilize HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) to maintain accurate records and support operations.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of HR experience, with a focus on time and attendance, payroll, and FMLA administration.
- Manufacturing industry experience is a strong plus.
- Strong people skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay firm and assertive when needed.
- Familiarity with Workforce and Workday systems is highly desirable.

Schedule & Compensation:
- Schedule: One night shift per week (1 PM-9 PM), one remote workday, and flexible start times (6 AM-9 AM) for the remaining 3 in-office days.
- Compensation: $65K + 10% performance-based bonus.
